the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the outdoor dining area, a perfect way to start the day.
The beds had a slight stench, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the location wasn't exactly on Mall Road, a bit farther than expected.

The airy terrace allowed me to soak in the breathtaking panoramic views of the lush green Doon Valley, making me feel like I was on top of the world.

The view from this hotel was simply breathtaking and left me speechless! the free Wi, Fi, off, site car park, and outdoor dining area were super convenient. the staff provided top, notch service with 24, hour security making me feel extra safe. the flat, screen TV in my room was a fantastic touch for unwinding after a day of exploring. the VIP check, in/out service made me feel like a true superstar. I also enjoyed the option for in, room breakfast, and the chance to play table tennis or go cycling was a fun extra bonus. the fact that pets are allowed here is absolutely amazing, and the non, smoking rooms were a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to come back for another FANTASTIC STAY! .

Had a great time at this place. the hotel itself was cozy and comfy. Great location - just a quick 5-minute walk from Children. Also conveniently close to restaurants, shopping spots, the market, and even a library 🏞️.
